The selected plan, recurring price and billing interval are shown before checkout and in your order confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the subscription management link in your order confirmation email or customer portal. You may also email rivantstorehelp@gmail.com with the email address and order number used for the subscription. Please request changes before your next scheduled charge so they can be applied to the next order.
Canceling stops future recurring orders and charges after the cancellation takes effect. It does not automatically cancel an order already charged or processed. If an order has already been placed, contact us promptly. Any return or refund request for that order is handled under our Refund Policy.
