  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Choose the shipping method that works best for you:

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 3–5 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by customs clearance, postal service delays, or natural events beyond our control.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are based on the shipping method, destination, and total weight of your order.

  • Your total shipping cost will be calculated at checkout before you finalize your purchase.


4. International Shipping

  • We proudly ship worldwide!

  • Delivery times and shipping rates vary depending on your location.

  • Customs & Import Fees: International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes, and import fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your order directly on our website or through the shipping carrier’s portal.


6. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Need to update your address? Contact us immediately at biancasdlemos@gmail.com. Changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • Email us at biacasdlemos@gmail.com with your order number—we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund, if applicable.


8. Shipping Restrictions

  • Some items may have restrictions based on size, weight, or regulatory guidelines. These will be clearly noted on the product page.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote regions.
