Order Processing & Shipping Information

🕒 Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and production before your item ships.


🚚 Shipping Timeframes

United States:
Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 15–20 business days.

International:
Delivery typically takes 15–30 business days, depending on your location and the fulfillment center used.

Note: Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather, customs processing, peak seasons, or global disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also check the status anytime on our [Track Your Order] page.


❌ Cancellations & Address Changes

  • To cancel an order, please email rivantstore@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase using the subject line: "CANCEL MY ORDER".

  • Need to update your shipping address? Contact us within the same 24-hour window.

After an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the address.


🚪 Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us. If your order is returned, please contact us to arrange re-shipment.


💥 Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, don’t worry—we’ll make it right.
Please email rivantstore@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item. We’ll send a free replacement right away.
