United States:
Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 15โ20 business days.
International:
Delivery typically takes 15โ30 business days, depending on your location and the fulfillment center used.

โ Cancellations & Address Changes

To cancel an order, please email rivantstore@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase using the subject line: "CANCEL MY ORDER".

Need to update your shipping address? Contact us within the same 24-hour window.
After an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the address.

Most carriers will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us. If your order is returned, please contact us to arrange re-shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, donโt worryโweโll make it right.
