United States:
Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 15โ€“20 business days.

International:
Delivery typically takes 15โ€“30 business days, depending on your location and the fulfillment center used.

Once your order ships, youโ€™ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also check the status anytime on our [Track Your Order] page.


โŒ Cancellations & Address Changes

  • To cancel an order, please email rivantstore@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase using the subject line: "CANCEL MY ORDER".

  • Need to update your shipping address? Contact us within the same 24-hour window.

After an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the address.


๐Ÿšช Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us. If your order is returned, please contact us to arrange re-shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, donโ€™t worryโ€”weโ€™ll make it right.
Please email rivantstore@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item. Weโ€™ll send a free replacement right away.
